Brieyoncé The Cheese Maven

Cheese was the most wonderful accident that happened to me. I got my start as an apprentice affineur in the caves of Murray’s Cheese in my hometown of NYC. Immediately a love affair blossomed and I knew cheese was my destiny. Wanting to learn more about cheesemaking and farming, I moved to North Carolina and worked dually as a cheesemonger at Whole Foods and as a cheesemaker and affineur at Chapel Hill Creamery. After a couple of years, I decided to follow my heart and moved to France. I began to work as an educator giving tastings to cheese lovers from all over the world. Cheese has taken me all over Europe as a maker, monger, and ager. What started as a crazy whim has become my greatest adventure!

Additionally, I also have the pleasure to share that I work as a Brand Ambassador and have many connections with wonderful producers from all over the world.
